Course Overview
What do they do - This course will allow students to explore a variety of areas within traditional and contemporary Jewellery Design. With the rising affluence of the Chinese and emerging markets, the career prospects for Jewellery designers is a growing one as people’s needs continue to change and become more intricate through time.

Getting Ahead - Integrate students into professional practice of the design and manufacture of jewellery and its associated products.

Skills & Knowledge –The emphasis is placed on creativity, innovation, experimentation and the material application of technical skills.

This programme is structured as a 2 years Advanced Diploma in Jewellery Design. Upon successful completion of the Advanced Diploma students may elect to undertake a progression programme leading to a Bachelor of Design from Raffles College Pty Ltd, trading as Raffles College of Design and Commerce.In this programme, students will practice their personal interests while promoting themselves as an innovative individual equipped with industry ready skills to enter the competitive creative design industry.

Graduates of our program can expect employment opportunities across a wide range of industries including jewellery design, jewellery making, accessories retail, tourism and other associated business fields.
